News from the Legislative Branch: The initiative to eliminate tax on tips and tax on overtime is making strong headway after the House passed its 2025 congressional budget (H.Con.Res.14).
News from the Executive: President Trump held his first cabinet meeting on Wednesday. He also signed three Executive Orders this week including, Implementing the President’s “Department of Government Efficiency” Cost Efficiency Initiative, Making America Healthy Again by Empowering Patients with Clear, Accurate, and Actionable Healthcare Pricing Information, and Addressing the Threat to National Security from Imports of Copper.
